Love the coverage but the claims process takes way too long.

I am a long-time customer of Pets Best and over the years they have been fantastic. I have been disappointed over the past 18-24 months though as response times to receive payouts have slowed dramatically.

The only thing I want to say is the following, it’s actually a great insurance to have they were able to cover a lot of my puppy’s medical bill. The negative part is that I feel their customer service was not good enough, back and fourth with emails , very hard to speak to a direct representative.

The processing of claims has been easy to submit and the response from Pet's Best as to where they are in the processing has been well communicated. I feel that they do a good job at updates and any communications on changes.

I love being able to submit my claims via an app, but the app is antiquated. Disappointed with how long it takes to be reviewed and refunded, but the customer service is always wonderful.

The coverage has been very helpful with a pet that we adopted that has unanticipated chronic health issues. Multiple trips to the vet in a single month can be overwhelming. The only downside is that the claim processing time can literally change from day to day. I submitted a number of claims over the course of about a month and each claim seemed to take forever to be resolved. All of my claims were resolved in a single day however the credit card bill did not get to wait for reimbursement.

I am pretty happy with this Insurance. I got back what I expected. I took a star for how long it took to get my mo ey but other then that I am pretty happy with it.

It's easy to submit a claim, however, when you have more than one page, you can't click them all at the same time. You have to do each one separate which can be time consuming. Reimbursement time is a lot longer than I had hoped.

Everything was great except for the length of time it took to get it. My money was deposit very quickly once we got through all the loop holes. Much appreciated.

Overall the experience was positive but the wait times on the telephone to talk to someone were not acceptable and the time to process the claim was over a month; I called and talked to you about my concerns and you seemed to take them seriously

Submitting a claim was fairly easy and reimbursement of items was as expected ie, they covered some but not all of my expenses. The one piece that could use improvement is the processing time of claims. It really shouldn't take more than 2 business days to do that function in my opinion.

I love everything about it (rates, coverage, easy) except the wait time...I understand it to a degree, and you do get claims resolved/reimbursemed but it's a frustrating length of time.

reimbursement of covered expenses takes a while, understandably, but ultimately is fair to Pet Best customers. I have covered my female lab for 10 years with Pet's Best.
