“I like that the coverage is customizable, but processing of claims is slow. Resolution to problems related to my rescue dog’s previous medical took multiple calls and long hold times. He had no known previous because he’s a 1 yr old rescue!! Rates keep increasing (guess that’s normal). Overall I do recommend them all the time.”

“Pet's Best communicates receipt of the claim immediately, lets you know if there is a delay in processing and pays their claims per the contract. Their rates are reasonable and very competitive -Highly recommend!”

“Easy to set up and use but it took for ever to get my claimed reviewed and I kept on getting messages regarding missing info after I sent everything they asked for which was a bit annoying. Overall, great insurance but not the best customer service.”

“Submitting a claim was easy. Coverage is excellent! All state Ins. can't beat them. They were backed up with claims, which led to longer wait times on processing claims. Might be related to the pandemic. All in all, I am happy that I chose Pets Best to insure my dog. A+++”
