It took a little longer than expected for the claim to be paid, but it was to be expected since this was my pet's first claim and they had to reach out to two vets for records. Overall, the process went quite smooth and I am happy with the process (and results)

The coverage is good and the price also reflects a good value. However it does seem to take a long time to process claims if that is something that is important to the consumer.

Review times are getting somewhat shorter which is appreciated. Previously the claim review/ reimbursement was extremely slow.

Expensive premium but I have had no issues with claims & coverage, grateful to have some peace of mind with vet bills.

The claim process took less than a month. I received my EOB early this week and the funds are not yet on my bank. Customer service by phone or chat has been helpful. Overall 4 stars. ⭐️

The site is very user friendly, however, when additional information is needed and although notifications are sent for what is needed, I was unsure of what specific details were necessary to complete the claim process. The notification would state an "either"/"or" action, which was not clear to me. Fortunately, I was able to provide more information, maybe more than necessary and my claim was complete for processing. Other than this, I am happy with the insurance.

Like any other ins company the rates have skyrocketed. But so far so good with pet best.

First claim was rejected because our dog needed to see vet 2 day sooner that allowed (15 day wait). Dog had surgery and reimbursement was less than 2 weeks. Can’t give 5 stars since I never saw any mention for a 15 day period. Most likely in fine print. Overall I can recommend Pets Best Pet Health Insurance .

In most instances, claims are processed quickly. I only had one instance where it took weeks for the claim to be processed. Overall I am quite pleased with the insurance, however, I wish they paid out more for the claims. I rescued a puppy who had a "pre-existing" condition which is not covered. You would think rescuing a pup from a shelter would provide you with more coverage since they lived in horrid conditions making them susceptible to illness.

I’ve been a Pets Best customer since 2008. I like the ease of online claims filing and the option to be reimbursed by Direct Deposit. Unfortunately the wait times to speak to a Cust Service rep have been extremely long (often 20+ minutes)
