It was easy to add my pets to the system. I was able to add claims and their records easy. I got confirmation of what would be reimbursed. Just have not received the reimbursement in my account yet.

It has proven to be a worthwhile investment. My only issue is that sometimes it takes many weeks to get a settlement but other than that it has been great and I have recommended it to many people.

Overall I am happy with the insurance, however the wellness refunds are unrealistic. Not sure where you came up with the pricing but it’s definitely not Florida

I haven't really had the chance to use it as I never get past the deductible until recently. It took a bit longer even with emergency vet visit and in depth records sent, to get deposit in bank. Didn't realize the deductible applies for each claim in the same year (unlike human insurance) also still up in the air over first claim as they still want more medical records. I'm thankful I have the coverage but people need to be careful and read the fine print before purchasing

I think you need to encompass holistic treatments, as they are rapidly becoming the norm, and are proven to work. You reallyt have to read the fine print to understand your exclusions. You need to aks why you have those exclusions. Better to raise your rates and inlcude all proven medical treatments. You might also have an option for end of life coverage, as it has become so expensive. Maybe prepaid, so you get the iuse of the funds for a period of time?

I love the options for different types of coverage. Affordable. Customer service has been nice and empathetic. Claims are usually reimbursed in a timely manner. However, the claims department has been difficult to deal with when it comes to some of my claims. There have been quite a few errors and I was not communicated with efficiently. I had to call customer service everyday for at least 5 days straight AND be on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes each time.

I gave it 4 stars bc I just got it. I only have one claim in, but I will say I received my reimbursement shortly after I put it in. So you don’t have to wait long to get reimbursed, which is a nice thing and also the app is really nice because you can take a picture of your claim and upload it. So hopefully later I down the road I can give it five stars. So far so good.

Submitted a wellness claim for a Canadian company and had to call three times to get them to understand that the $ ment it was US money. Still waiting for comfirmation that this has cleared and feel that this is taking took long

Pets Best has been very helpful with my pets medical bills. Almost all claims have been approved to the amount and in the time I expected. I would definitely recommend having Pets Best insurance coverage for all your pets. It's worth the peace of mind that you won't need to decide between your furbabies life or your financial ability.

Pet's Best is the only pet insurance I have had so I don't have a point of comparison. I like that you can choose different options - like including or excluding wellness visits- which help you manage overall out of pocket. There are some improvement opportunities which made me me think I should perhaps look at other policies. The first was how long it took to get claims paid. My last claim was relatively fast so hopefully it has improved. And, my last annual renewal quote nearly doubled so I contacted them to increase the deductible to lower the premium and take on more risk myself. I must say the person I dealt with was not pleasant which turned me off.

We have a puppy with chronic diarrhea and except from the enormous long processing times my claims were handled without problems.

We've enjoyed using Pets Best for years. Great service, easy to use website, transparent and simplified pricing. Our only reason for giving it 4/5 stars is the poorly designed app is always glitching. Either logging us out continuously or not letting us submit claims due to app error. Not a huge make or break, just frustrating.

After getting a new dog and talking to other friends about pet insurance, the majority agreed that I should go with Pets Best and I did. I couldn’t be happier with my decision based on what I’m discovering about the services provided and how easy it’s all been working with these people. The coverage is great (I choose the type of coverage I want) reimbursements are quick and easy to file, I would give 5-stars but Mobile app is a bit finicky at times but computer/web based application has worked all the time so far. If you’re in the market for Pet Insurance I can say from my experience so far, it’s been a great company to deal with and easy to file claims and speak with a real person if needed.
