“Claims take too long to settle and an apology email always preceeds the settlement stating that it took too long.....Just recently they denied coverage of a drug my pet has been taking since a young pup and that they have paid for years. Hiring inexperienced claims processors... Made me file an appeal, supported by years of medical records only to quickly over turn the denial after you saw how careless your mistake was. Not a happy customer.”

“So far so good. I’ve submitted several claims that were processed quickly and explanations to whether the claims were approved or denied. Well worth the money at this point .”

“Affordable plans that cover everything. Quick reimbursement. My only complaint is that once we started making claims for my dog's specialty and allergies, the monthly price almost doubled.”
