“I have been with PetsBest for a long time. I have had a few issues, but they were always resolved promptly. The only issue I have now is this... the expense is through the roof. I realize everything is going up. I wish you had some type of discount for seniors (humanS). I am 72, I have only my two dogs left now and on a fixed income. I realize this will most likely never happen. Life is what it is.”

“I gave a 4 instead of 5 only because I had to upload my documents a second time even though they were legible on my end. The staff were great about keeping the loop open and going and I feel they did a good job of evaluating and resolving my claim in a reasonable amount of time.”

“Overall-okay I guess. My main concern is that they didn't cover needed dental work for one of my cats because it's considered "routine care." I don't think a procedure that requires anesthesia should be considered routine. Anesthesia involves some risk, especially with cats. He also needed extractions. At least human insurance, bad as it is sometimes, doesn't consider anesthesia routine.”

“I think u raised the price to high after my first year you jump ed price over 35$ cause u say she is a senior. She has the Best health. I went to u cause I thought I was getting a reasable price .”

“It’s easy to submit claims and understand my coverage. However it takes a LONG time to get reimbursed. I previously had Healthy Paws and I’d usually be reimbursed within 73 hours. It took 2 weeks to get reimbursed from PB.”

“I'm so glad I got insurance on my pup! She had a recent ER visit in the middle of the night on labor day. I had to take her to a clinic 2.5 hours away. With the reimbursement on my claim, it's already paid for itself for *at least* the next four years! It did take quite a bit of time to get the reimbursement. I would recommend getting a CareCredit card in order to afford procedures while you are waiting for a reimbursement.”

“I’ve always had dogs but this is the first time I had ever purchased pet insurance. After my last dog had a cardiac condition that required years of expensive medicine and tests I decided that future pets would have insurance but hopefully not need it. I researched multiple companies before deciding on Pets Best. I have been very happy with my decision. I've never had any issues with them wrongfully denying a claim. I will say make sure you check their formulary before the vet sends home medication, one of my vets likes to use more holistic ones that are never covered, but now I can check and if there is something similar have it switched. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can sometimes takes longer than expected to process a claim. It has been improving and I'm sure like most businesses they are dealing with staffing shortages. Overall I would definitely recommend them.”
