“This company is very reasonable in justifying why they paid or didn't pay a claim ... mostly friendly on the phone... [always good to have insurance than not having one]!!”

“Pets Best was there for me during a very scary time, my baby girl Loca was diagnosed with Diabetes, there would have been anyway I could have afforded her treatment as I have recently retired and only have my social security. Once my 350 deductible was met they paid at 90 percent. Loca thanks you. Four stars only bc claims turn around was longer than I expected.”

“A very nice product with multiple packages for a variety of options to make sure my pet is covered. I chose this service because of their wide coverage, ease of use and price. My only complaint is about the app. It doesn’t like uploading documents for claims or showing the EOB document after a claim is closed. These aren’t issues on the website so there is a work around.”

“Have submitted several Vet bills this year (my first) and have been happy with all but one submission's response. I called BestPets and after speaking with a rep, got a prompt, no-hassle reevaluation of my submission and the issue was resolved. I will be renewing my enrollment without hesitation for next year's coverage.”

“Pets Best makes it easy to file a claim on their website. The only issue is always getting an email explaining a delay in processing the claim due to the number of claims filed. The only time I had to communicate with Pets Best was for a denial of claim for medication that had been covered previously. It was combersome to dispute the denial, but once I did, the claim was covered.”

“I would give 5 stars if the reimbursement was quicker. Great insurance; I have been able to afford the best treatment to put my 8yr old Boxer through lymphoma treatment!”

“I’m not sure why pre-op blood work was denied coverage. Normally I understand any denials of coverage but the vet wouldn’t do surgery until bloodwork said my dog was healthy enough.”
