“Filed my first claim since my dogs wellness and vaccine appt last Thursday. Was promptly processed in a few days...just waiting on my check!! Wish my health insurance worked that quickly!! Very happy 1st time customer!!”

“I've had this service for a few years now. I find them to be pretty competent. My only complaint is that the analysis and payment reimbursement takes a very long time. For instance, I submitted a claim on 11/14/22 for my pets and as of today (12/7/22) I've not yet been reimbursed. Previous payments had the same timeline. A month seems a bit too long to process and pay a claim, in my opinion. That is my only ding...”

“The only thing that could be better is the turn around time for reimbursement. It varies greatly, from submission to submission and at times takes an extremely long time for them to be processed.”

“The insurance company isn’t bad but it’s taking a while to get reimbursed once the claim is filed. Also I wish they had an alternative for having ways to pay the vets if the vet bill is more $5000.”

“Solid insurance and policy is straightforward. Claim process is very easy but review of submission is a bit slow. It can take up to 2-3 weeks in my experience to process a claim.”

“Pets Best offers many options for all pet owners. Having a pet, or two, or three is an added expense regardless. That being said, the premiums seem to go up with the dogs age....not exactly what I had planned on. So, make sure you're committed for the long run!”
