“I’m delighted I have insurance for my dog. I was equally surprised the spayed was not considered covered expense since this is so vital to my pets health. I ran into a problem claim but the reviewed it and paid. This made me happy. Thank you.”

“Pets Best usually covers my insurance but they have a rule which they take the deductible and coinsurance at the same time which is ridiculous. I’ve also noticed recently that they take over a month to do my claims then tell me they didn’t get enough information which takes twice as long to make the claim”

“I’ve really enjoyed Pets Best so far, and have thankfully only needed to submit two claims. I would’ve given 5 stars if I could’ve gotten the bills paid directly to the vet instead of having to be reimbursed. Also, it took a while for my claims to be processed.”

“Pets Best insurance has proven reliable. The coverage is clear and the process of submitting a claim is easy and fast. There have been occasions when a backup of claims has slowed the claim processing, but it was ultimately done and done correctly.”

“I’m happy I purchased this insurance. It’s much easier to make a small monthly payment then having you pet get ill without it. I highly recommend having pet insurance. It saved us thousands of dollars when our dog ended up with breathing issues. Sadly he passed away this year.”

“I've been very pleased with the coverage and ease of filing claims with Pets Best. The only thing that stops me from giving it a 5-star is that the claims process is much slower than in the past. When I first started using it was within a week. Now it's closer to a month.”

“The only negative I can say is the processing times are a little slow. When many people charge procedures on a card and have 30 days to pay it off you can’t take 40 days to process.”

“I’ve been very impressed with the service I’ve had from Pets Best. The online app is excellent and really easy to use. The ability to talk to a person in America, makes communicating really easy. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that one claim took over 20 days to pay. They did send an email apologising for the delay, but when you’re paying big vet bills, quick payments help! All in all, I’d strongly recommend this company-I’ve been very impressed”
