“I believe that overall PetsBest is really good. We have been customers for many years. My only complaint is the time it takes to receive payment. Otherwise, A+”

“The payment was fair, reasonable and met expectations. I would have rated Pet's Best 5 stars except for the delay in processing. With that said I did receive two notices apologizing for the delay which was past the estimated time frame when the claim receipt was acknowledged.”

“Overall I am happy with PetsBest. Last year my wellness claim was paid within a week or two. However, this year it is taking a long time for my claim to be reviewed and paid. It was a wellness exam and because we had one Rx it is still pending payment. The Rx will not be paid because of the deductible. It has been over 3 weeks.”

“Now that the deductible is paid, this is turning out to be good insurance. It's expensive, but it is covering my pets problem, so I can't complain.”

“Pets best pays quickly and is great to work with. It gets rapidly more expensive as dogs get older. We dropped our 10 year old because it was too expensive. Recommend this insurance.”

“I rarely submit a claim which is good, but I had thought the dental bill would have been covered in a more significiant way. Champ had severe inflammation of the gums and needed this procedure for more than just a dental clean. He is only 3 years old. But the bill was over $900 and I was covered for only $150. of this. I really thought it would be higher.”

“Overal very good coverage. My dog had a spinal injury which is covered 90% Except there should not be a preexisting clause. My dog's gets ear/skin infections which may or may not be due to preexisting allergies. And still needs a vet to diagnose and treat him which is not covered because its considered preexisting condition.”

“Good policy, need more options for lower deductibles in more incrememnets. Claim turnaround takes way too long although a recent claim was processed much faster. Premiums should be more affordable otherwise great policy, good customer service on internet.”

“My only complaint would be the cost. Considering this is for a 16 pound Shih Tzu, who other than allergies is healthy, $175/mo is a lot of money especially when one is retired and on a fixed income.”

“They have taken care of the two claims that I have submitted, it took a little over a month to get reimbursed.”

“Claims are easy to submit and payment is fairly quick. The only thing that keeps it from being 5 star is the way they do deductibles. On a $1,000 deductible you end up paying more like $1,200 before the insurance kicks in. Still a good deal overall and everything else is great.”
