“After doing some research on other insurance companies I feel that Pets Best covers more and reimburses more. However, I have 4 out of 5 stars because claims take a long time to be reviewed/processes often outside window that they give you. Also my coverage for my dog went up $30 which is a bit much in my opinion from one year to the next.”

“My only issue with Pets Best is how long it takes for a claim to be reviewed and finalized (about a month) after an appointment. BUT, that's literally my only complaint. I'm so grateful that after I met my deductible, all of my claims were approved. I was taking my senior kitty in and out of urgent care for a short period, and it was much easier to make the decision on what to do knowing that she would likely be covered. I adopted my cat 13 years ago, I love her more than any human–we're both incredibly attached to each other. Having pets go through surprise illness is incredibly stressful, but it was so nice knowing that she was covered through all of it.”

“Pers best has been good so far I haven’t needed to use them until recently I have submitted 5 claims I. The last month or so. So far 1 has been paid out the other 4 are still processing.”

“Their prices seem somewhat reasonable, but what I don't like is that I have three dogs with them and I don't get a discount, only for two dogs and it's just a few dollars discount wise. They are pretty good about getting your claim processed quickly if it's a Wellness claim but if it's like a spay or anything other than Wellness it takes forever. It took over a month for both of my girls to be reimbursed, actually it was almost 60 days. That is not acceptable. I will be shopping around as I need the best insurance possible for my three girls and to not have to pay so much money on a monthly basis.”
