“Claims are easy to submit and payment is fairly quick. The only thing that keeps it from being 5 star is the way they do deductibles. On a $1,000 deductible you end up paying more like $1,200 before the insurance kicks in. Still a good deal overall and everything else is great.”

“The only frustrating aspect with submitting a claim is ensuring that our vet's office provides us with an invoice that has our dog's name on it, a description of charges and total charges/payment as per Pets Best requirements (the vet's computer system can generate multiple types of invoices and/or multiple pages).”

“I do like the insurance but it seems like I am getting reimbursed less money and paying more. I have had this insurance for 5 yrs now. I have wellness and medical.”

“Very fast response to my bill. However I was disappointed at the amount that we are receiving. We pay close to $60 a month. My statement was $500 and I am getting around $180 reimbursed.”

“This has been overall pretty good. I was not happy with the turn around time on claims but my most recent claim was returned to me much faster and I really loved that. It is a piece of mind to have this service for my pet. Thank you for all you do. I even share your link with a friend who is going to get a dog.”

“I have had two claims total with them a nd not too much trouble with either one. One of them did get denied because they needed more information but was eventually paid and I could see why they were a little confused. Recently had one paid with no problem. I think if you're careful about putting in all of the information that they need and submitting the appropriate receipts and vet details, you should have no trouble”

“Long wait time on claims to find out nothing is covered. Deductable on covered things when more than the deductable has been paid already, Not sure how beneficial, after meeting the deductable, insurance will be as we have a long road ahead with diabetes, blindness, glocoma and possible surgery now. Same with all pet insurance but fortunate to have it. Worth the purchase.”

“I am happy with Pets Best. I wish the claims could be processed a little bit faster and I wish they could pre-approve the tretaments so we know if we will be refunded or not in the future. Other than that it has being great.”

“Very cooperative and easy to contact. They honored my contract and sent a refund, although it took a little longer than I expected, almost a month. But overall, very pleased and keeping my policy.”
