Delivered in a paper bag Not folded Pleated skirt of the dress completely ruined by being put a awful packaging Quality that bad I returned the dress Still waiting for a refund which I am not happy about either Received proof of return with no acknowledgment

I tried to ring phase eight, but could not find a phone number. The email I sent to customer services came back as undelivered. Very disappointing.

I have been very disappointed with the delivery experience, or should I say, lack of delivery experience. I have tried to speak to someone and that was difficult too. I lodged an on line complaint but that has not been addressed yet.

One star on this occasion Everything I have bought from your company to date has been spot on for quality and fit. I was aghast when I took the trousers out of the wrapper! Was more like Primart/H&M quality not £110 worth more like out of a jumble sale Poor pick by your buyer!,, I would have added pics but I do not know how to drag files. I AM ENORMOUSLY DISAPPOINTED
