“I am in NSW, i ordered on Friday and didn't get it until Thursday even though i paid extra for express shipping. I was notified by email there was a delay on Monday and it was shipped out late Tuesday or Wednesday. I notified the team at Phone Bot and they were very helpful. So you might get a delay but the team is very helpful ensuring you get it as soon as you can.”

“I'm very happy with phonebot. The Phone was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean (a grade B, but seemed spotless to me). I visited the shop in Reservior, and the staff were very helpful, proficient and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the result. (I had recently used a similar online shop out there (B_c_xt_ch) that sent me a non Oz "demo" model with severe screenburn, even the replacement still had a bit of burn). But this phonebot phone is excellent, no sign of issues. I'll be back for sure.”
