Main reason for not using the Toll express shipping was their system outage which has made us to be a little cautious as we had more than 50 shipments effected under that cyber attack over Toll. Secondly your order waited 2 days before the processing because we had to wait for the verification of order from your end. After your confirmed, the 3 day it was dispatched and as per the tracking details it seems to be delivered.
