“Prices are very competitive, comes with warranty. Service is predominantly done on line through Facebook/ messanger. Staff are more than willing to help out with any claims. Overall helpful and willing to provide for customers. Cheers”

“Definitely not GRADE A refurbishment. I’ve had the phone barely 5 months; the ear piece has stopped working, one bottom speaker does not work, camera flickers, battery hardly lasts a day.”

However we will slightly disagree to the rating that you have provided because we, at Phonebot, are always on our toes to assist our customer wherever possible and in case your phone failed then we are happy to recall it for an inspection and in case we had denied serving you then a bad rating was something that we deserved but it never happened. As per your order details your phone was sold with a 6 months of Phonebot warranty for all the Basic, Mechanical and Electrical failures and you are very welcome to come to the store and have it reviewed by our tech team. “Too slow. I ordered the phone on a Monday and was told I would have the home by that Thursday or Friday. It's now the following Wednesday and still no phone. The tracking showed it was registered at the Preston mailing centre on Wednesday last week and hasn't since been updated, Preston is about 90km from where I live.....putrid!”

Generally our handling time for most orders is 1-2 working days. That means once an order is received, we test, pack and get it ready for dispatch within that time frame. Your order was confirmed on 24th and on the 25th it was lodged with the satchel. We sent your product with Auspost - parcel post with all good faith however Auspost delivery has been into a delay as you can see the DELAY mentioned in red color on the tracking information by going to the Auspost website. We will also escalate this with Auspost and you are also requested to call their customer service and let us know for any thing needed further in this regards by sending us an email at support@phonebot.com.au as we care about the customer experience utmost. “product description is accurate and shipping is reliable. Sometimes there are delays with the courier service and not the business. If people umderstood that then they will not complain so much. I purchased a phone and paid express post, the phone ended up going to WA while it was supposed to be delivered in Sydney. Upon lodging inquiry with Auspost they confirmed it was auspost mistake and they will be redirecting the parcel. As a small business these guys cant do anything more. I've purchased from this business before and i will do so again. I'd rather see my hard earned $$$ goes to a local small business then to companies like Apple who pay nothing in local tax.”
