Hello Muhammad Shahid, We value your feedback however we disagree with your rating and unfair feedback We never advertised that our phones come with Apple branded chargers. The so called "international" we sent you is an Australian certified and high quality charger made for Australian wall outlets that normally retails for $25. (pic attached for reference) It's a fast charger with an output of 5v @ 2amp and charges faster then the stock Apple one which is 5v @ 1amp. Brand new phones advertised on our website include Apple accessories as you would expect. You DID NOT buy a brand new phone. If you want to enjoy champagne on beer Money then I'm afraid you've come to the wrong place. If you were unsure about what accessories were included with the phone you should have got in touch either via email, FB Messenger, Whatsapp or called our store to check before purchasing. “After searching all December of 2019 & the first couple of weeks of January on market place, for a IPhone 6s. I tried Gumtree & found “Phonebot” I had a really unpleasant experience on market place. I rang Phonebot & spoke to Kamahl who was polite & very helpful. He had only one of the iPhones I had been searching for. Hey said he would put this particular phone on hold for myself. I picked up my “B grade iPhone 6s from Sadie I would highly recommend Phonebot for any smartphone or tablets/iPad issues. Very satisfied.”

“Initially I was unable to order on line. Once over that glitch, the pick-up service was good and the over the counter assistance was invaluable. The 'deal' included a free phone cover, of which Phonebot were out of stock. I was told they would post this outstanding item to me. I have yet to receive this, but it has only been a short time since I picked the item up.”

We will like to request you to have a look at the box of your Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus where its printed as 512 GB device as we were also under the same impression because rest of the functionality tests were already conducted on the phone after we received the stock from our vendor therefore we rectified the price right after you updated about it's downgrading in terms of the memory capacity.
