“Bought phone on Monday and paid extra for priority delivery. It is now Sunday and phone via tracking is still in Melbourne. Since I got this email to review phonebot before I have actually received my phone I have to give the review 1 star. Priority delivery 6 days and still in Melbourne not good enough. Might change review once I actually get the almost $1000 phone”

“In my case, Phonebot's customer service has been very good. I bought a phone via their website and received it within 36 hours. It was in near perfect condition as per their description. After a day of use, I found the phone just too physically large to be practical. So I returned it via registered mail under Phonebot's 7 day Change of Mind policy. They refunded the amount within a few hours of receiving the phone. I can't fault their service and would consider purchasing from them again.”
