“Very happy with Phonebot. I ordered a phone, and it was delivered quickly. There were some technical issues with the phone, and to Phonebot's credit, they dealt with it quickly and professionally. Phone was replaced, and all is good. The real test of a company - in my opinion - is how they deal with things when it doesn't go to plan. A happy customer”

“Phone is very good, like a new one, couldn't find a mark on it, and works like a new one. It was supplied with a free case, nice soft gel transparent one, and a screen protector. Also a charger, not an Apple one, but works well and can deliver 2 amps, which means it can charge my iPad as well, which is not always the case with Apple chargers provided with phones.”

“It's hard to complain, I got a great, brand new, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, for $200 cheaper than I could buy it in any store, it was delivered quickly, and the phone is great. The only complaint I have is that the package seal was broken when it arrived. So I'm not sure whether the store had a reason for that, but as such the box had obviously been pre-opened which made me nervous. However after inspecting it all, it appears fine.”
