From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“The customer service from this company is excellent. Super friendly staff, and they go out of their way to ensure that the transaction is authorised by the account owner. I got an email to say my phone was shipped and it arrived the next day. They stay true to their rating system and replaced the charging brick missing from my “open box” grade phone. Overall, an absolutely amazing company. Will be coming back next time.”

“They wanted me to send a copy of a bank statement to prove my identity. Now way! Cancelled the order and went somewhere else.”

With all due respect to your personal information, we were just requesting to provide us with the screenshot of the Banking Portal showing that the Paypal transaction for this purchase was sourced by you as we have been victimized of Paypal chargebacks in the past as the transaction of Paypal was cancelled later by the Account holder as PayPal provides 180 days of the cancellation of the transaction. So mainly one thing was needed and that is your Name in the bank’s detail which would have verified that you as the account holder sourced this Paypal transaction hence it could not have been cancelled by Paypal unless disputed. However, as per the records, your order has been reimbursed back. We feel regret losing a customer like you but on the other hand we could not take such a big risk. “This is the second time ordering from Phonebot and again im very pleased with my phone and the customer service. I purchased a Galaxy note 9 (Grade A Refurbished) and I'm amazed by its quality, indistinguishable from a new phone. Adding the hand sanitiser is a nice thoughtful touch too.
