Poor customer services False advertising Was looking to purchase a phone with bundle extras but luckily before I processed payment noticed extras had changed I was enticed to them by the offering of a Tizumi charge mat only for this to be change to a cheap useless case with belt clip I had no need or desire for Spoke to a customer service rep who was telling me that was because the charger was out of stock but I pointed out it was still available both separate and advertised with other phones. The the guy tries telling me that the charger for the phone I was looking at is out. When the item is a universal wireless charger. They would do nothing to rectify so don’t touch them and shop elsewhere. I think I will shop at Boost

PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK … Purchased a Refurbished Galaxy S20 FE 5G phone that was supposed to be A Grade Phone …. In their words I should have received a phone in this condition: “A-Grade - Best value for money. Minor scratches or scuffs not visible at arms length. Thoroughly cleaned and tested to meet OEM guidelines. These devices are rated 9/10 and never disappoint. Received the phone with a CRACK to the camera glass. Yes the Camera worked but a CRACK IS NOT MINOR SCRATCHES. Tried to negotiate a replacement phone, but no longer had the same phone available and they DID try to offer me a $50 discount for the CRACK but a replacement camera screen costs $400 Therefore I thought $50 was inadequate, so sent the item back to them on the advice that I required a FULL REFUND and would receive one, after they audit the phone. So my question is … how good would the audit be when they send a LESS THAN a B Grade phone to a person unbeknown to them, and yet they are going to audit a phone that was sent damaged, but they didn’t know it was damaged. What else could have been wrong with the phone? Chances are they would have found something else wrong and blame me, but I didn’t use this phone at all. When I received it damaged, I boxed it back up and waited on instructions on returning it, to get a full refund. It was no use using it when I knew it would be sent back. I sent the phone back on the 27/10/21, they received at 11:03 am on 29/10/21, waited till 2/11/21 to contact them. They said that they need 1-2 business days to do the audit and then they will issue the refund. Waited another day and still no refund. Had to escalate through Paypal to receive the refund, I needed the $629 to purchase a phone from a reputable seller. If they were genuine about good customer service, they would have issued the refund as soon as they received it back. All they had to do was ensure the phone still turned on and that takes a few moments, not 1-2 days. So whilst they held on to the returned phone and MY MONEY, I was without a phone and unable to purchase another, until my money was returned and therefore also unable to check-in due to COVID regulations without a working phone. Read the reviews and the replies from this unprofessional business and make up your own mind. Not everyone could be liars when it comes to having bad experiences.

Two weeks since ordering which was easy snd straightforward, watched it sit for the last 8 days from my home 37kms away. Suggest you use a reliable carrier. I’m hoping my 7 day money back / return is from when I received it not when it finally arrives. I coulcc do have driven there and picked it up myself.

I bought an a new s21 today. Went and spent $35 on a screen protector. Got home and gave it to my wife. The phone is constantly turning itself off and on. Tried a factory reset. Tried to update software. Still constantly rebooting. These phones are meant to be tested before they are sold. Who is testing these phones? Monkeys? Absolute joke. I know have to drive back to Reservoir tomorrow to sort this out. This phone should never have been sold

Bought a refurb 2nd hand iPhone 10 (Grade A). One month out of warranty (7months of owning the phone) the screen froze and had to be replaced. Sent Phonebot an email stating problem and they said they would fix it at cost price (plus post). Fixed it locally as it was cheaper. After the screen was fixed, the main board crashed as well. Spent $700 on a 2nd hand phone that lasted 7 months. Should have dished out the extra $500 and bought a new phone. Shop elsewhere. (Apple also told me it was an imported Japanese phone).

Dear Natalie McMahon, We sold two phones to you in the same order, there can be many reasons for a device failure and without inspecting any phone no one can conclude a reason of the device failure. We did not shy away from the situation and asked you to let us have the phone inspected so that the device could be inspected and a repair quote could be given to you on special discounted rate. But you never responded back to us and got it fixed from elsewhere, therefore, let us know where are we at the fault? We wish that the other device, that you have got from us, works fine for good. Mr Joseph Shierel Benosa has got an Apple iPhone SE 2020 (128GB) [Like New] from us and after more than 3 weeks of delivery he is claiming that his phone was received faulty. He claims that he could nout charge the phone at all from the day one and wants us to send him out a replacement prior to the return of the core phone, which is not an acceptable request!! Since, we are a customer centric business, therefore, we asked him to return the phone and get it fixed because as per his claim it was un usable but he never returned the phone and upon calling him he says the phone is working now and he will return it if he finds a problem with it. Now the ball is in your court, please decide that do we deserve this one star?
