Very frustrating service ! I ordered a phone , waited 2 days , then was contacted by email , requesting that I take a phone screen shot of my bank portal due to fraudulent activities , they needed to verify I was authentic?? Forget it I said!! Jumped in my car and drove to a shop and picked out a phone ,done took 20 mins !never use this phonebot it’s a joke on the consumer !!!!

I would never ever use this company or anyone associated with them. I organised to buy a watch from them and sold it and did not let me know until I had. Driven from Berwick to the shop in Resoviour. Was not happy at all.

Thank you for choosing Phonebot! We sincerely apologize for the delays on the shipping, We dispatched the order from our end on the 12th of April after receiving it on the 11th. The parcel was picked up for delivery on Tuesday 14th when services resumed after the Easter, and has been scanned at your nearest Auspost store it should be delivered in the following days. Again we apologize for these extensive delays and will be following up with Auspost on this since they are facing huge disruptions due to the COVID-19. Wrote you an email regarding how I paid for a led clear case in store for $20 but the same case is free when purchasing online. No response. Oh and my usb cable does not work.

Too slow. I ordered the phone on a Monday and was told I would have the home by that Thursday or Friday. It's now the following Wednesday and still no phone. The tracking showed it was registered at the Preston mailing centre on Wednesday last week and hasn't since been updated, Preston is about 90km from where I live.....putrid!

Generally our handling time for most orders is 1-2 working days. That means once an order is received, we test, pack and get it ready for dispatch within that time frame. Your order was confirmed on 24th and on the 25th it was lodged with the satchel. We sent your product with Auspost - parcel post with all good faith however Auspost delivery has been into a delay as you can see the DELAY mentioned in red color on the tracking information by going to the Auspost website. We will also escalate this with Auspost and you are also requested to call their customer service and let us know for any thing needed further in this regards by sending us an email at support@phonebot.com.au as we care about the customer experience utmost. Bought phone on Monday and paid extra for priority delivery. It is now Sunday and phone via tracking is still in Melbourne. Since I got this email to review phonebot before I have actually received my phone I have to give the review 1 star. Priority delivery 6 days and still in Melbourne not good enough. Might change review once I actually get the almost $1000 phone

Stay away. Sold faulty phone and blamemdd it on me because I raise the fault a week later. They're rude and disingenuous. Spend your money elsewhere. Please see response from phonebot. They sell phones with damage and don't do proper checks!! Be safe than sorry guys

Phone came very late, delivery service atrocious. Phone service kept saying message box full but provided no place to leave a message or call back. Product fine and customer service acceptable.

Unfortunately, they used toll? Toll delivery guy didn't deliver the package and lied. The package was damaged. It took 7 days and I still didn't receive my phone where the consignee was 20 km away.

It came within 2 days which was great! However I bought a b grade Apple Watch and it didn’t tell me that there would be no band which was disappointing as I now have to wait a week to purchase one. It also goes flat after 1.5hrs which means that it is not overly functional as a watch!!

I received an A grade device that was not working properly as it had not been thoroughly serviced. I returned my device and was promised reimbursement of the cost of sending my phone back. I have received no apology for the inconvenience, no reimbursement and no response when I emailed phonebot to request it. Phonebot did fix the servicing issue and return my phone within 2 working days. However, the cost of the inconvenience (postage) has not been reimbursed.

Hi Jan, your order was picked up on Monday afternoon by the courier for express delivery and usually it takes 1-3 business days to have the unit delivered. Per the tracking information provided by Toll it should be delivered to you by today. We will keep a follow up with them to make sure you get it in time.
