The order was put in on Monday 10th February and since then I have heard nothing from them. My credit card has been debited and I am very disappointed.

And will like to explain you that you paid us for expedited shipping via Toll but unfortunately due to their systems being down we were not able to send your package through them hence it was sent via Auspost. Otherwise it was dispatched in a timely manner. They don't know what they are selling

Phone came very late, delivery service atrocious. Phone service kept saying message box full but provided no place to leave a message or call back. Product fine and customer service acceptable.

You can check the tracking link, we sent the product in timely manner as your order was dispatched dispatched and got lost which has still not been retrieved where as we are on our toes to keep our customers happy and their satisfaction is utmost for which we dispatched the Replacement without receiving the lost one back. Unfortunately, they used toll? Toll delivery guy didn't deliver the package and lied. The package was damaged. It took 7 days and I still didn't receive my phone where the consignee was 20 km away.

It came within 2 days which was great! However I bought a b grade Apple Watch and it didn’t tell me that there would be no band which was disappointing as I now have to wait a week to purchase one. It also goes flat after 1.5hrs which means that it is not overly functional as a watch!!

I received an A grade device that was not working properly as it had not been thoroughly serviced. I returned my device and was promised reimbursement of the cost of sending my phone back. I have received no apology for the inconvenience, no reimbursement and no response when I emailed phonebot to request it. Phonebot did fix the servicing issue and return my phone within 2 working days. However, the cost of the inconvenience (postage) has not been reimbursed.

Hi Jan, your order was picked up on Monday afternoon by the courier for express delivery and usually it takes 1-3 business days to have the unit delivered. Per the tracking information provided by Toll it should be delivered to you by today. We will keep a follow up with them to make sure you get it in time.
DO NOT BUY !! They do not care about customers. My phone was defective from the start and it's been with them for nearly a month for repairs and I can't get any advice on them on when I'll get a phone back. Wish I never bought with them.

I bought a phone on Friday 6, one hour an half later I got a text from "Adam" to tell me that the phone was already been sold (don't you have a unified database between the website and the shop to manage the store so, if you try to sell an already sold item after an hour it has been sold, you get an alert?!). I started texting with this Adam and told me that he wasn't expecting any restore in the next week then he suddenly stop answering my text till Tuesday 10 (because "This number is not monitored for text messages", couldn't he use another number?!), but, in the meantime, he didn't thought to start any refund procedure (take it easy!). On Friday 13 (less than a week later), I saw that you have exactly the same phone available again (couldn't you just held my order on hold and ship the phone ASAP instead of wasting time?).

Tried to purchase an orange pixel 4 XL as soon as the Black Friday deal was out and received an order confirmation detail. Called them up 2 weeks later only to be told that the phones were sold out with little apology Hard to recommend when their ordering isn't that reliable where I could have been told about the sold out stock

Took over three days to send a pre paid order. Seen quicker service from amateur eBay sellers. Hardly worth paying for express if they take multiple days to ship an item. Highly recommend tweaking the processing process so-to-speak. Can't fathom why it took three days.
