Took over three days to send a pre paid order. Seen quicker service from amateur eBay sellers. Hardly worth paying for express if they take multiple days to ship an item. Highly recommend tweaking the processing process so-to-speak. Can't fathom why it took three days.

Where do I Start. Communication regarding your requirements after-sale need to be mentioned at the point of sale. The fact the 5 days after my purchase I had to chase Phone Bot and then be told about the provision of proof of who I am is not acceptable. The fact that now I need to chase a refund is unacceptable. All you need to de is tell people at the beginning. Unless it is a legal requirement I will not provide copies of licenses, bank statements or card details for exact same reason of fraud.

I haven’t even received my phone as yet. I understand it hasn’t even been despatched and am already requesting a review. I have also been asked to email through proof of my MasterCard transaction which I find quite unacceptable. Couldn’t get through when I called as phone mailbox was full. Hopefully there will be no problems with the phone once received.

Ordered a 512gb micro sd card on Saturday (16/11), called up on 20/11 as there was no indication as to whether the item was shipped. Was told over the phone that my order would be processed. Received an sms the same day saying my order had been processed and there would be an email confirming the shipment. It’s 22/11 now and I still have not received the email or any indication as to whether the card has been shipped.

Made a purchase. Was randomly refunded my money. I only knew about this as PayPal notified me. I’m still waiting for an email or call explaining why my order is not possible. Thankfully PayPal notified me or I’d also be waiting for my product to arrive!

Ordered a SD Card shown as in stock, 3 days later I get told it's shipped with no tracking and it is supposed to be courier. It's now day 4 and it did not arrive so not happy as I needed it urgently for work. Do not recommend.

Initially fast service then had to return the phone three times with ever increasing faults. After the third attempt to have a functioning phone, I requested a refund and bought a phone from Kogan instead.

Bought an expensive iPhone, and also screen protector and case from another shop. After two days I received an email that the order is canceled and money reimbursed! What a waste of time, hopes, and money for the screen protector and the case! Extremely disappointed is very soft to say.

Was guaranteed that phone would have at least 85% battery capacity, it had way below this. I contacted company about this but they never replied. This company is a scam, stay away.

Trying to contact Phonebot few times regarding the cancellation of my order. No response. Then I sent an email to cancel my order, again no response. Very poor customer service.

, IAM very disappointed and frustrated with courier mytoll and your customer service. I had to deal with very unprofessional and rude customer service agents of mytoll. I have described my ordeal below: 1. My parcel sent by you was scheduled for Wednesday delivery. Thy did not deliver it on Wednesday but updated the status online with a comment" delivery address not contactable" even though I was at home that day. After calling multiple times thy rescheduled delivery to Friday and cancelled the delivery yesterday for unknown reasons. I called Ur customer service to complain and spoke to one of your rude customer service agent who asked me " what can we do" and argue d with me. I was trying to merely raise a complaint After some argument s he said he will find out and call me back but I never received. I should say he as very rude Is this a kind of companies do you partner with to deliver the items? 2 Finally I had to Goto mytoll Depo to collect the item as I felt they are not interested in delivery and trying all the tricks to force me goto their Depo. Now, I got the product but not what I ordered. Also, the box seal was open indicating that was already opened by someone else . This phone is network locked with Telstra and thy are demanding 80$ to unlock the phone. I have reviewed the order and I cant find any reference to this phone is locked with Telstra.So, obviously I was sent the wrong product and IAm neither happy with the product nor with worst customer service and mytoll unprofessional experience. I would like to return the product
