From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Quite happy with the phone. Bought a Samsung galaxy fold 4 which was about to be replaced by the Fold 5 but still for sale as a new phone on Samsung. The fold 4 I bought was a previously opened box, and I checked the usage timer and phone hadn't been used as they said. Paid about $1000 less than the retail with 12 months Samsung warranty, so I'm pretty happy with that.”

“Oppo find x5 was in stated condition. Though I was supposed to receive a faster charger I thought it was the original charger but it wasn't. So both chargers I received are exactly the same. Was with the bonus charger deal. Whatever as I just bought the original charger which charges super fast.”
