“I was disappointed with the phone I purchased. It was rated as A grade but both the front and rear camera don’t work and the wall charger is also broken.”

“Its disappointing that I chose to place an order via Phonebot due to description of the items for sale and also the shipping terms. I am questioning why the express post is offered as I paid for this service but have still not received the item. As a recommendation I believe you should mention when deliveries need to be signed for as this could cause additional delay with the delivery which is already longer than expected.”

“Not entirely happy with the service, put order in on a Wednesday and paid express post. I am guessing the order wasn’t processed until Saturday when I got a call saying they didn’t have the colour I wanted. They arrived a week after I ordered them express post. Bought 2 phones both chargers don’t work and one isn’t even compatible with the phone! Also one of the phones is having issues setting up Siri. These were a Birthday present for our kids, little disappointed.”

“two days in a row no one available to answer a phone query. If this is normal you should state that phone contact is not readily available. Order placed last Thursday, if no gold phone available surely could email straight away instead of Tuesday. I allowed 10 days to get phone to us for grand daughters birthday. I hope with changed address details that it will arrive at new addresss by next Monday. Thank you. Communication is the most important factor for people to understand problems.”
