From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“The computer obviously wasn’t checked over as the laptop didn’t charge. There wasn’t a pen included with it and wasn’t written in the description which I will admit they tried to fix, and I was given a shitty charger that wasn’t genuine. They have helped me with my complaint although I expected for the laptop to be checked over before being sent to me as that is what I thought this business did.”

“Dissapointed. Screen sensitivity is poor. Works most the time but fails sometimes. I have brought reconditioned phones before (from other retailers) and never had this problem. i contacted the company to discuss but they never replied. Poor products and poor service.”
