From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Phone arrived in 7 days, good quality and matched the description. Good value for money. It took 2 days for the Australia Post tracking number to become available. Called Phonebot and they blamed Australia Post's system was having problems - I am not convinced.”

“This is the 2nd phone I have received from Phonebot over the past year. (iPhone 8 Plus 'A' Grade). I would have given 5 stars, but mine was received with a Battery Health of 84%, according to the phone itself, which falls short of Phonebot's promised 85% Minimum health under the 'Grade A' category. The phone also came with a Completely Flat battery, which I'm sure many people know that if you're going to be storing electronics (whether it be a phone or laptop, for example), batteries should be charged to At Least 50% for long-term storage. i.e, Phones should Not be put into Storage completely Flat! I'm not sure whether or not to return the phone. By rights I should, but it may not be worth the hassle.”

“Phone is in great condition, I am very happy with it. Came surprisingly with a case and screen protector, however the screen protector was glued poorly to the front camera so picture is blurry. Customer service then just told me to take it off and put it back on which resulted in an unclear screen over all. They sent me a new screen protector, however this kinda caused more trouble, but I appreciate the intention.”
