“Purchase was of an Apple iPhone 8 (256GB) (Grade A). Problems with a faulty keypad. Returned for assessment and necessary repairs. Ultimately phone was returned in a serviceable condition. Satisfied with the result.”

However, it seems to be a little incomplete because you have posted till the diagnostics were sent to you, but you never posted what happened next, because we remember and also the data shows that your device was recalled, tested and sent back to you. Incidents like this are very common in the retail industry of cellphones, where sellers just hide away or vanish out when they are reached by a customer with a complain, regarding their products. But unlike others, Phonebot took your claim with wide arms open and will be standing at your bank for the complete span of the warranty provided on the sold item. Therefore, we request you to freely get back to us, in case of any further problems with the product, that we have sold and we expect you to be kind enough to revise this review to atleast four or five stars. “Phone arrived in 7 days, good quality and matched the description. Good value for money. It took 2 days for the Australia Post tracking number to become available. Called Phonebot and they blamed Australia Post's system was having problems - I am not convinced.”

“This is the 2nd phone I have received from Phonebot over the past year. (iPhone 8 Plus 'A' Grade). I would have given 5 stars, but mine was received with a Battery Health of 84%, according to the phone itself, which falls short of Phonebot's promised 85% Minimum health under the 'Grade A' category. The phone also came with a Completely Flat battery, which I'm sure many people know that if you're going to be storing electronics (whether it be a phone or laptop, for example), batteries should be charged to At Least 50% for long-term storage. i.e, Phones should Not be put into Storage completely Flat! I'm not sure whether or not to return the phone. By rights I should, but it may not be worth the hassle.”

“Phone is in great condition, I am very happy with it. Came surprisingly with a case and screen protector, however the screen protector was glued poorly to the front camera so picture is blurry. Customer service then just told me to take it off and put it back on which resulted in an unclear screen over all. They sent me a new screen protector, however this kinda caused more trouble, but I appreciate the intention.”
