Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Was a bit later than expected but put that down to Covid restrictions and Aust Post overload. Phonebot communicated that there would be a delay so great service - Phone is awesome and exactly as promised. To be honest its actually better than I was expecting, will be using again in the future that's for sure.”

“Really great service, and products arrive on time, tracked and clean. From the two purchases we have made, both phones are great. Some of the included cabling was bad quality/incorrect for the actual phone purchased. However, after contacting Phone Bot, they quickly sent out correct/high quality cables. Good stuff.”

“I love my S10 phone but I do wish you had checked with me about the cover I ordered as I didn't know a S10e wouldn't fit the phone & didn't know until I opened the package & now can't return it as it has been opened”

“I ordered an A-grade refurbished phone through Phonebot on a Tuesday, and the website said it would arrive before the end of the week. Two weeks later it actually arrived (Phonebot says this was due to the Post, the Post says Phonebot sent the package the cheapest and slowest method, and that time line is pretty standard). For an item with an "A" grade the phone was dirty and in pretty rough shape (scratches, chunk out of the metal around the camera which was sharp and stuck out). The included accessories (charger and cord, particularly) were also dirty and not Samsung, but even for aftermarket they were large and weirdly mismatched. I usually buy my phones refurbished and have never had these issues before with any other companies. *edit* added a few more stars as the return process is relatively painless, but be forewarned they will bother you relentlessly until you update your review 😂.”

“I am in NSW, i ordered on Friday and didn't get it until Thursday even though i paid extra for express shipping. I was notified by email there was a delay on Monday and it was shipped out late Tuesday or Wednesday. I notified the team at Phone Bot and they were very helpful. So you might get a delay but the team is very helpful ensuring you get it as soon as you can.”
