Absolute rubbish. We ordered the phone on line. After it arrived we couldn't get it connected. We made phone calls on 4th july to both you and Orange. Both were most unhelpful. We were eventually informed that the phone had been registered to someone else and must be returned. This was done during the week. The customer service was appaling and unhelpful. Thank god I hadn't cancelled my phone with my original provider at that point. I have stayed with my original provider and upgraded. I would never bother with you, or orange again.

Ridiculous that someone would need photo I.d for a sim only not happy with the service and would recomend anyone to go direct to the company where you are not asked for photo I.d!

I still haven't received the money that phones for u owe me onto my phone bill so wouldn't recommend to anyone

I found the actual speed of the repair quite fast, less than a week. I was told and shown a photo of my repair. I have no idea if this was my phone or one that had been previously through the repair department. I was asked if I would sell my 'broken phone' to the company but as I had documents and pictures on the phone I declined. After a week or so later and £109.99 lighter in pocket due to having bought a new phone at the store THE BROKEN PHONE MIRACULOUSLY CAME ALIVE!! To say the least I am annoyed with Phones 4U.

I do not like the phone I ordered and have requested a return envelope THREE times - still not received. Very, very, very poor service I would never recommend Phones4You.

Bought a htc one had problems with it but because u buy online u can't take back to the store the want a week to send a new one terrible customer service if I never had another phone I wouldn't use these again cancelled my contract

Considering I have already contacted phones4u regarding emails being sent to me in the name of mark with all of his address and order details I think it is completely inappropriate and a massive data protection breach!

As a long term loyal customer I am utterly disgusted with the customer service I have recieved, I have spent a lot of time in and out of hospital and undergoing surgery for sever endomitirios, because of this I haven't been able to work therefore havnt had to funds to pay all of my bills, I offered to pay half and for the remaining amount to be added to my bill that I would pay at the end of July with all the overtime I have picked up, I was refused this twice by two members of staff, I am a single parent and I do not have a landline and so it's extremely dangerous not having any means to call for help should I need to, I am disgusted and deeply disappointed in the service I have recieved! I've returned an upgrade ref1001801936 end of may and to date still awaiting a reverse migration. I've had to put up with negligence and unconcern feeling from customer dept. I've had to call several times to escalate my case with always the same outcome. I've incurred cost for a phone bill I've barely had the use of. Form all of this I'm always left with the feeling that I'm to blame for putting my trust that all that was promised by phones 4 u rep would be handled professionally.

Very friendly and helpful advisor however I discovered that when she put me through to Vodafone as I had to discuss my account with them, she actually stayed on the line, muted her mic and listened to the entire call, breaching my confidentiality. She then called me back and asked me what Vodafone had said etc when she already knew. Buyer beware if you need to talk to your network, hang up and call them yourself, do not let them put you through!

Having had continual problems since dealing with moving from pay as you go. To contract I have had nothing but problems. I would not recomend them since moving to contract . However I was satisfied as payg for last 12 year I am so sorry for entering to this 2 yr contract Despite problems personally they do try and as a overall as an objective report stay as pay as service is better

I was very disappointed with the service from your customer service dept when renewing my contract especially as the mistake was entirely down to your advisor.

every step of the way was a problem. Including waiting three days for the internet, quoted the wrong price, new phone delivery left in a bin without a signature and no direct debit set up

U think the company are very port and there customer service is a joke, both in person and over the phone will never use this company again in my life. If the company wants to grow they have to take the negative comments aswell as the good on there site something they don't allow you to do.

Customer service was pathetic, 3 phones upgraded 3 upgrades all mucked up. 6 weeks to sort out 3 upgrades. Will NOT use phones 4u again. Would not recommend to anybody.

Got a Brand new Iphone 5s on contract with Vodafone via Phones4u - noticed battery life was very poor (and worse than anticipated by apple). Visited a phones4u store - got fobbed off that "it takes a little while for the battery to optimize". So waited another four weeks - still the same thing. Contacted Phones4u and they said they couldn't replace as it was outside the 28 day rule!! Offered to send it away for repair - I declined, it was purchased and not fit for purpose from day 1. Huge mistake going to Phones4u - lesson learnt! Go direct to the provider next time and avoid the organ grinder at all costs!!

The actual purchase of the phone was ok but two weeks later upon noticing a crack in the screen I took it to the Gateshead Metro Centre store to see what my options were for having the phone repaired. When I informed the manager I hadn't dropped or purposely damaged the phone I was called a liar in front of all the other staff & customers in the store... I will never use phones 4 u again.
