“My experience with Pierced Universe was awesome! My order shipped very quickly, arrived well protected in bubble wrap and an envelope lined with more bubble wrapped. My tragus earrings and nose screw were in perfect shape, quality was excellent, fit was perfect and just what I expected. Crystals were good size, noticeable but not overwhelming, their sparkle just enough to catch your eye. Excellent correspondence by email, quick responses, would recommend to everyone to browse their site - you're sure to find what you've been looking for and can order with confidence that you will be looked after.”

“Great products and awesome customer service. No surprises- jewelry is just as it appears on the website. I've ordered a few things over the years- plugs, expanders, bar bells. Nothing looks or feels cheap when it arrives. Everything has lasted well even with daily use. I was motivated to post this review because of my most recent experience with their customer service though... My order was unfortunately stolen at our apartment's mailbox after delivery. I was pretty bummed to say the least. I reached out to customer service and received a response in less than 24hrs! They offered to re-send the product at NO CHARGE and even offered to send it to a new address this time around so it would be more secure after delivery. Communication was friendly kind and quick. The wooden spiral expanders were sent to my friends place and arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Now I'm happily stretching from 0 to 00 ☺️. Thanks again!!”

“Had a wonderful experience with Pierced Universe! I had accidentally ordered the wrong items and they helped me figure out what sizes I actually needed and even gave me a coupon towards my next purchase! The customer service agent was so sweet! Will be buying again!”

“Accidentally ordered 1 plug and they were quick to ask if I meant to order just 1 or if it was by accident and I needed the pair. I confirmed I did need the pair. They then sent me 3 by accident and just let me keep the 3rd plug. Great customer service and very nice quality product. I always get compliments when I wear these!”

“Customer service is everything and they were wonderful to work with! I ordered my daughter some earrings and the post were a bit too long so I contacted them to ask if I could shorten them. The responded very quickly that they would send me new posts! Very happy with Pierced Universe! I’ll be buying all her earrings from them!”

“I received my order very fast. I am a septum piercing newby and my inexperience caused me to lose one of piercing balls almost immediately:( I reached out to via email to Pierced Universe and explained my situation and not expecting to much- they responded immediately back with a $10 coupon for a replacement order! I was very happy and their customer service is top notch. Definitely placing more orders in the future!”

“My order was delayed to about 17 business days by Canada Post. I wasn’t sure if the package was lost but the business sent me a replacement package which was very kind. Their email response time was incredibly fast and I wasn’t left waiting for their response for days. It was my first purchase from them but I will definitely be making future purchases from them!”

“The time between order confirmation and shipping confirmation was VERY fast, as well as the shipping. I’m only 1 state away from the shipping location so it didn’t even take as long as the 3-5 days. My jewelry arrived in bubble wrap, individually sealed in bags, and was very high quality! I made a mistake on my order by selecting the wrong size but the customer service team was very cooperative helping me fix this! Because of their great customer service, I placed an additional order with them and can’t wait to get them! :)”

“I had placed an order and realized afterwards that I had forgotten something so placed a second order and contacted Pierced Universe to ask if they would combine the shipping. They did, first thing next day, terrific customer service. The titanium cartilage hoops are awesome, exactly as described. Ordered Sunday, arrived Friday, well within the stated shipping time. I will absolutely be ordering from Pierced Universe again!”

“I have placed several orders with Pierced universe in the past year or so and give them a solid 10/10! The items are always exactly as described and of good quality in my opinion. On the one occasion where there was a hiccup with the shipper, pieced universe’s customer service was outstanding in resolving the issue. Love these guys !”

“I made a mistake in my email adress and hadn't received a confirmation for my order. I wrote to them on a saturday evening and b y the next morning i had the confirmation email plus details on the delivery and everything. The service was super fast, efficient and very curteous. Plus the items are good quality and prices are excellent.”
