“I had ordered the big box plus an extra order of bread sticks for family who was coming for dinner. My mother had stopped to pick up the order for us. They told her they did not have an order for :Jen Miller". She waited outside at the window for over 10 mins waiting for the gentleman to come back about the whereabouts of my order. She finally parked and went inside. The order under the name of "Justin Miller " was really my order and not under "Justin" . That's just what he thought it said. Then She had to wait an extra 10 mins because they did not have my order of bread sticks made. Finally get my order completed. They never gave me the bread sticks that came in the big box deal. We were shortened an order. The pizza and wings were extremely dry. I think will be my last time going to the Lock Haven pizza hut.”

“Ordered Pizza Hut for work, several varieties of crust (tavern style, original, stuffed). The stuffed crust ones were under cooked and looked like they were made be a 10 year old, the tavern style looked like someone dumped a whole jar of Italian seasoning on it. Bad deal.”

If those who are in charge of advertising are this out of touch with reality, I can only imagine how out of touch they must be with quality control and menu items.

“Had a pizza from Pizza Hut Ruislip Manor yesterday 18/9/25 and it was the worst pizza weâre had, hardly any pepperoni or mushrooms or red/ green peppers or onions. Pizza base was quite dry, such a shame as this used to be a very nice Pizza Hut, we wonât be going anymore, must be new staff there now, need to change. There are 2 more pizza places in the same road, will be using them in future. Ps, it was a large pizza with pepperoni,onions,mixed peppers, mushrooms”
