“Awful customer service process.
They can clearly see that I have a coupon that doesn't state ONLINE...I get there and they are having a difficult time with me and forward me to the online process. The online prices sucks as it kept making me sign up for offers, set up an account, and receive texts promotions... if that wasn't bad enough, it kept making me go over the process again and again. Truly horrible. I went through this for almost an hour. Yes they helped with the online pieces BUT No one said, ok, we see it isn't you, let me override it. Horrible. .Now I remember why my family lives Dominoes... Do better”
“First of all there are no prices on the menu. No I’ve so no fountain drinks or tea. Pizza was served to table in the box? Really??? Had to ask for silverware which was plastic when brought to table. Very sad restaurant experience. We do order take out but will not be eating in again.”

I don't understand how Pizza Hut operates. You don't seem to care about the customer and don't even bother to inform them. It seems like Indian Pizza Hut operates on the typical logic of "Chalta Hai." I haven't seen such unprofessionalism from Pizza Hut in other parts of the world.

“Store address is 3311 Orange Blossom Trail , I ordered a NY style pizza with pepperoni on 1 side and onions and green peppers on the 2 side . I got pepperoni and green peppers and onions on all I called to complain but the manager hesitated when she read back the order. But was only going to give me $20.00 credit on a $30.33 order. No one could eat pizza and had to throw away. And the first time time calling I was hung up on, and 2 time talked to 2 girls but manager says she is the only one there. I was given the credit but I will never use pizza hut again. They don't care it seems.
