“I cannot believe the loyalty of pizza was destroyed by introducing brisket on pizza. Terrible taste and combination. I even got sick. Cookouts and Pizza are two different things. I should have gotten a slice of the pepperoni pizza. It was not my idea. Take it off the list of ingredients or serve it as a pizza with barbecue sauce to people who don't know any better. What a let down! :(”
“Tried calling Pizza Hut welwyn garden city to order 3 portions of cookie dough. After spending 10 minutes on the phone speaking to 2 members of staff who don’t talk English so gave up. Who on earth employees foreign people in a customer service job that don’t speak English? What a bloody joke. Sale lost and won’t be calling them again 😡😡”
“There customer service is very unprofessional the driver was 40 mins late and my pizza was cold so he went to the store and told a lie to protect himself the manager would not do anything about it.. pizza hut gone down the tube at least at loaches rd.”

“The worst app .I ordered Pizza at 7.50 pm and ordered didn't delivered till 10pm.called customer service 3 times 1st time they gave store number they didn't lift the phone and 2nd time they gave manager number and he lifted phone after calling 10/15 times and asked he was transferred to lingampally branch which is 30/40 kms away from Kompally and I called 3rd time to cancel order at 10pm...worst and very bad experience”
“I ordered bbq chicken with a little peri peri sauce I said 3 time only a little ,,the pizza came with hardly any chicken smaller than half a 5cent coin the peri peri was smothered over the whole pizza after complaining they sent me a margarita it tasted like garlic and salsa dip 50$ later wot a waste and they want to blame me they took no responsibility at all never ever again first and last time EVER GOING TO PIZZA HUT. my 5 yr old can do better trust me I’m not joking u will waste your money and they will never give any money back even if you don’t eat the pizza also they said 30 min it was here in 15 mins it was thrown together or already cooked and to top it off the drink sat on the box so when I opened it the box was full of daises everywhere I offered pic to see the damaged box never will you get refund they wouldn’t even I give a pizza credit for next time they will only bring another which was the same if not worsej”

It took over an hour to get my food. It was not hot. I paid 70 dollars for a large pizza 24 boneless wings and spaghetti with meat sauce and bread sticks. That seemed like a lot and then to get it delivered late and not hot was a huge disappointment.”
“I ordered a large pie with 3 toppings for 16.99 online and it would not let me finish the order. I then called Pizza Hut to order my pie and told the employee what happened. I told her specifically that the pie is 16.99 before I placed my order.She did not say I can’t get the pizza for the app price.When I got there the manager said he can’t change it so I paid the full price.What a big disappointment after I first used the app.”

“We ordered $50 worth of food and when it got here the driver was very rude, we opened the pizza one of the looked like it was dropped, I have a picture, called the store and the so called “manager” I spoke to wanted to remake the pizza and send it out to us, I said no thank you. Remake it for them to spit in it or do something else to it No thank you, I asked for a credit and was told she can’t do a credit and then she hung up on me.”

“Always late for buffet. Came here from 11:00 to 12:00 no food. Paid for buffet only eat salad 1:00 stilll no food on buffet. Buffet ends 1:30 full of people waiting on buffet no food on buffet only salad bar to eat but charge for buffet and expecting tip.”
