“I ordered my pizza online, and the order confirmation said it would be ready at 7:05. When I got there the lady asked for my name and looked at her computer, then said it would be ready in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later she asked me if she could help me and I gave my name again. she said she couldn't find the order. So, I waited another 20 minutes. I would have left, but had already paid online. I should know better than to get pizza from a place that hires incompetent people.”
“I ordered my pizza at 5:44 pm and received it at 7:19 pm. The restaurant had already refunded my money and the delivery driver had to work to have the pizza paid for. I don’t know what went wrong, but an hour and a half late?”
“I placed an order online at Pizza Hut as I always do, but I make sure I get there before my order is done so that I know it is fresh. So as I’m waiting and looking for my order to come through the oven, I did not see the breadsticks that I ordered. The gentleman said the breadsticks were already in the warmer. I told him those were not the breadsticks that I ordered. Mine should be coming out with my pizza, he argued me up and down. I told him point-blank I place an order for fresh food. I want fresh food he got angry, went through another set of breadsticks into the oven came back rang up my money and threw my change back at me. he refused to give me his name , however, another guy was working with him by the name of Matthew and Matthew refused to give me his name as well however he did give me some number to call to speak to Juliana, so I’m going to give her a call. I’ll let you know how things went terrible terrible service. I’ve been going to that place since it was a restaurant down the street been living in this area for 27 years and these kids who work there now are rude and have no respect whatsoever. They need to be fired and they need to learn some manners.”
“Went to the one in Waterville maine about 10 years ago and it was filthy! Called Corp about it and was told they have new managers and didn't have the chance to clean, I told them it was bull! You have a restaurant or diner there's no excuse, found out a week ago from someone was there recently and said it's still filthy, surprised it's still opened”
“Me and my brother were excited about going to pizza hut. It was a 30 minute drive. We got in there and tried to find seating that would accommodate us. The booths would not fit us because they are for smaller people. My brother was trying to sit a table but there was only 2 chairs and my son was with me. The manager said we couldnt sit at 2 different tables close to each other, because of call aheads.... told us the booths can move but not enough for us. So we left. Really disappointed and will definitely let others know about this.”
“Pizza was the best pizza i have ever had but the girl at the Brandeds Creek location who answered the phone has caused me to switch back to Papa Johns. She was terrible and made me cancel my order online and reorder again just to add a 2 liter bottle of soda. No empathy, no sympathy, no caring and because that location is the only location that delivers to me, I am not ordering from Pizza Hut again. She has lost a 25 year loyal member because she wanted to act like a thug on the phone.”
“Order # 3240901121707001302014235. The order was totally wrong. The only thing right was the meat. No extra cheese and not extra crispy.
I realized the cheese as I picked up at drive thru and honked my horn long enough to finally get an off duty associate to open the window. Was told they couldn’t add cheese at that point. I then ask for credit toward my $26 pizza which they indicated would do. Well, my credit card was charged and when I checked my app there was no credit there.
I understand why they’re rated 2 star now.”

“I'm finding *strings* of a foreign nature in my food, not sure if it's hair or strings from cleaning material but I'm not really a fan either way. Highly disappointed because this is my favorite go to place when wanting a treat.”
“On 6/5/24, I ordered my pizza via the website. Pizza Hut used Door Dash for delivery. However, after more than an hour, the Door Dash driver called me and said that the store hadn't even started on my order and she wasn't sure when she'd be able to bring my food. We decided to cancel it. I spoke with Door Dash and they said it was canceled on their end. I then drove to the store to ensure the cancellation (3126 Washington Rd, Atlanta, GA). The experience was completely ridiculous in itself because the employees were loud in the back (arguing with each other), unprofessional, backed up, and it was terrible. The attendant said he didn't see anything in the system under my name. The next day, I spoke with a manager who said she couldn't see anything in the system and suggested I wait a day or so and check my statement. Almost 3 months later, it wasn't refunded and I never even received the pizza that night. Also, the store's phone number is "out of service." I've called multiple times. I've sent emails to "customer service" multiple times, but they only reply with a recycled email, stating that someone would contact me. The contact has not been made.”
“I had order couple of medium pizza and it was tribal no toppings no taste and I am feeling very sad as my family were upset with the order and didn’t like it at all I will not order anymore from Pizza Hut and will tell everyone not to order from Pizza Hut”
“I ordered my food at 645pm my ordered stated it would be deliver by 725pm. My order was never delivered. The call center is horrible the Rep Rachel hang up on me while trying to explain to her that my order wasn’t delivered and I needed a refund. Then went to the store and the manager stated there was nothing that she could do. I want a refund or my food redelivered.
