“Place a 8 pizza order multiple times a year online from my home in Florida for a client's team in Indiana. Last time Pizza Hut's online platform was down. That required me to order it direct with the local Pizza Hut. Then corporate refused to honor my receipt for rewards points. All because I put the customers number on the order instead of mine. She's like I'm telling you I didn't receive your order it's not in my system.
