“Store address is 3311 Orange Blossom Trail , I ordered a NY style pizza with pepperoni on 1 side and onions and green peppers on the 2 side . I got pepperoni and green peppers and onions on all I called to complain but the manager hesitated when she read back the order. But was only going to give me $20.00 credit on a $30.33 order. No one could eat pizza and had to throw away. And the first time time calling I was hung up on, and 2 time talked to 2 girls but manager says she is the only one there. I was given the credit but I will never use pizza hut again. They don't care it seems.

“I placed an online order for two of the bacon cheddar cheese sticks to be picked up by 6 pm June 21, 2024. This is the Pontotoc Ms store. I get there and stand in line waiting my turn. There were two guys in the back with an attitude and going off on the girl that was at the register but I don’t know what was all said but they almost made her cry. My order was not ready at 6 like I had placed. I didn’t get my order until almost 7. I will not be back until some of the employees get an attitude adjustment! My bacon cheddar cheese sticks were great tho!”
“If you want a pizza, DO NOT ORDER it from Pizza Hut. Customer service is completely unacceptable. And when you ask to speak to a manager re: subpar customer service and/or to complain about a pizza that DID NOT HAVE PIZZA SAUCE on it, you are placed on hold; then left on hold indefinitely. I called Corporate Headquarters customer service, and nobody answered the phone. I suspect Pizza Hut will not last as a viable business. Corporate & franchise owners have themselves to blame. DO NOT GET YOUR PIZZAS FROM HERE, you will be disappointed.....go elsewhere because there is no accountability and no one who is responsible.”

Pizza Hut Customer service are a shambles
Pizza Hut Customer service, absolute shambles.
Completed their survey which promised a BOGOF code upon completion. Code did not materialise. Checked with pizza hut customer service who advised they are aware of internal issue where codes are not automating but given I completed the survey in April there's nothing they can do to assist. Given, they're already aware of on on-going issue surely they should be more vigilant and take further steps to ensure vouchers are issued, as you agree to upon completion of the survey.
Pizza hut have wasted my time initially, when completing the survey which has proved fruitless, and, now, having to go back and fourth with customer services for a voucher that they should have issued from the beginning. There a better pizza establishments out there. Pizza hut is only value for money when they offer buy one get one free promotion, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.”
“Got pizza from gardner ks. Was excited to try your new pizza the tavern. The pizza came in slices instead of squares like shown also spices were supposed to go all the way to the edges but no each slice only had the spices up quarter of the slice rest had nothing such a disappointment. Pizza hut don't advertise something if your not gonna do it right! 😠”

“If I could give them negative stars, I would. I ordered online and put ALL my selections in the order form properly which was no cheese and bbq sauce for the sauce. The store actually called me to confirm which I thought was nice. I confirmed again no cheese and BBQ sauce. When it was delivered, it had Marinara sauce.
I called the store and nicely let them know the pizza came with the wrong sauce. The manager I spoke to was so agressive and rude my husband came over to see what was going on. I would have been happy to even get a coupon for next time or something but he was a total jerk. Accusing me of not putting in the order right which I am 200% sure I did AND he called me and I went over it on the phone prior to them making the pizza. Mistakes happen but there is NO REASON to be an agressive jerk about it. I realize it is hard to get good help these days but they are not curing cancer. It's pizza. “I order Pizza Hut all the time through the app but my rewards never show up in the app. I have almost 300 points that I can’t redeem because they aren’t visible in the app. When I call the rewards help line they tell me how many points I am but all they do is “escalate” my ticket. So why order any more pizza if they will not update my reward points on the app. I’m done ordering from them!”
