“Perfect. My order of a large number of Louisiana irises arrived within two days, partly because I'm one state away (California), but also because they shipped them quickly. The box seemed small when it arrived, but the plants were not squashed in at all. They were beautifully packaged. Each iris was wrapped around in paper that may have been coated to be partly waterproof. The wrapper has a small pocket that holds a nice, plastic nametag that looks as though it will last. Each iris was then slipped into a plastic sleeve. When they arrived, their roots were still moist and the leaves were perfect. I could not be more pleased. I was delighted to find these irises in so many different colors--great choices available.”

“I purchased a few items from PlayitKoi.com and they had quick delivery. Everything came out well-packaged and intact. The lilies came in good condition. One of the lilies was a bit small. I wish they had sent me a bit-grown one. Overall, great experience.”

“I ordered some replacement light bulbs for my pond lights, unfortunately, I ordered the wrong ones. Play It Koi made returning them easy, found me the bulbs I needed, and sent me the invoice to order the correct ones. Very great company who care about helping their customers!”
