“The plants came packaged in a way to ensure that they made it alive to South Carolina! I also got more than 6, just in case some didn't make it! My fish food just arrived today. I've used this food before from another provider. It is great for growth and color!”

“I was a little leery about buying plants online. I live in a fairly hot climate, but none of the local nurseries really carry any water garden plants. My biggest fear about ordering online was.....how will the plants survive & handle the transportation.... Well I can honestly say that I have been impressed. Typically I receive an email of the shipment, and within 24 to 48 hours the box is at my doorstep. The plants are always well wrapped and packed carefully - and despite the hot weather they have always looked great and maintained their moisture. Of course if I was to add one tip - it is plan for your plants in advance. That is, have everything ready so that when you receive your plants you can get them repotted and placed by the end of the day. I can say on a few occasions I was not ready and I was able to place the plants in a bucket of water (and even those plants plants did fine). I suppose that shows that Play It Koi does send good quality, hardy, healthy plants. So even despite my inexperience, the plants did well & look great.”

“Sorry it took a while but wanted to install liner that I ordered to give a honest assessment of not only service but also product. Service was good but the material of liner ordered was very hard to work with. Even after laying in the sun to help with flexibility it was very cumbersome to work with. Thanks for listening.”
