“Well I ordered proform, because several koi farm owners told me to purchase that after seeing the issue my koi had and specifically ordered from your company, because you offered two day priority shipping. I ordered last Monday morning the 8th and it was delivered on Thursday and unfortunately my koi passed away on Wednesday, the day before the medicine showed up. I can’t say if my fish would have survived having the medicine a day earlier, but regardless it was still very upsetting that I ordered on Monday and didn’t receive until Thursday and I paid extra for the two day priority shipping.”

“I have ordered plants from probably close to a dozen online retailers, and I have never seen anything like the established roots on each individual plant that I ordered. They were so large that it was almost comical, but I was genuinely surprised to receive plants that have been well taken care of and are established to that degree.”
