“I ordered fish pond food and some live floating plants. The food was delivered very fast. I haven’t been notified if the floating plants have been shipped yet but I will update when I get them.”

“Thank goodness we found Play It Koi! Last year we were fighting stringy algae, but not this year. After finding the correct pond products last year we were able to get started much earlier this year without the headaches of stringy algae. The Koi are thriving. Thank you for your products and your assistance.”

“The experience on the website was fair. My order qualified for free shipping but when the $10 discount promotion was applied, it knocked me off of free shipping. This is called “deceptive marketing practice” tho’ may alternatively be attributable to programmer incompetence. The quality of the plant materials sent by FedEx was poor. Roots broken from water lettuce plants. Thin yellowing irises... It seems surprising that the retailer would choose something other than their most robust plant materials particularly in light of the retail pricing. Given this experience, I would not purchase materials from Play it Koi again.”

“I needed a new ballast for my pond's 75W Matala UV light. Not only did they charge $70 less than my local pond supply store, but I didn't have to go anywhere AND I got free shipping, which to my surprise was very fast! Based on this experience, I highly recommend this company, and will use them the next time I need something for my pond, which will probably be very soon.”

“I wont be Koi about this review, truth is, I ordered the hard to find, Yellow Snowflake. I was very surprised, how well it was packed and how well the plants looked. A step above most of the other Venders. Great job and thank you so much.”
