“My husband loves his pond and I wanted to surprise him with some BIG upgrades for it. The team at playitkoi was so kind, patient, and helpful with all of my novice questions. I was really nervous going into this, but their expertise and care made this easier than I ever thought it could be. I can't recommend them highly enough!”

“Very knowledgeable of what I needed,received the exact replacement part. ordered Thursday early afternoon was told I would get it Saturday did not receive till Tuesday evening that's my only complaint.”

Apologies Jeffrey about the 2-day delay on the delivery of your PondMax transformer. I double-checked your order and while I verified we did everything possible on our end to make Saturday delivery, it does appear the shipping gods just were not good to us this time around. ayye ;-) Anyhow, I credited your account an additional 100 Fin Points for the trouble here. “Prompt, accurate service. The items arrived within two days of shipping, which kept them in great order and ready to plant. I did receive a second email stating the cattail order had shipped (after I received the original order) which caused concern since I do not have extra room for more. The second "order" has yet to arrive and I hope it doesn't! After I get a larger area developed I will be ordering from Play it Koi again.”

“I had a great experience with Derek who was very patient and knowledgeable. He spent a long time explaining things to me in detail and didn’t rush me into purchasing something I wasn’t comfortable with. Derek made sure he provided great customer service. He was extremely polite, attentive, and was always available for questions. I would return for more purchases from a place that has employees who know that they are selling more than just physical products but are also providing valuable knowledge and experience.”

“The prices on the bottom drains we ordered were good. I emailed to get the ETA for the shipment. The response was very fast which I appreciated. Will definitely check in with them when we're looking for equipment for our pond. Wish they shipped koi!”
