“This is my second purchase of this pond cleaner. After using it the first time, the water in my koi pond became clear within just a few hours of application. I couldn't be happier and have recommended it to my pond contractor. I've tried other products that were not effective at all, so I have become a believer in this one and now it is the only one I will purchase. The results are truly amazing. “I was very pleased with the website setup, which made the liner I needed easy to find. The shipping was fast as well. It took a little longer to install the new liner due to 45-degree angles in my KOI pond. But it turned out nice (after leaving the liner laying in the sun for a few hours to soften it up.”

“Very fast shipping on the pond maintenance products. Will have to update on the quality once I have used them for a bit. The plants arrived in amazing condition. I appreciate that they were packaged in wet paper and tied into a plastic bag. Arrived fresh and as described.”

“Play it Koi is really great to deal with. The UVB light is superior quality, definitely the best I have ever seen. My only issue is with the shipping. I don’t like the fact it sits for about a week before being shipped out after a label has been created, therefore taking twice as long to get to me. I’m not sure if that’s maybe a problem with the shipping company and not Play It Koi. I would definitely buy products from them in the future, just remember to expect delivery delays.”
