“Our 3 varieties of plants for our small pond arrived in beautiful condition and just as I expected from the website. “This is a great company! I received my order in a timely manner, and the plants were packaged very carefully. The only thing I would suggest is to include instructions on how to care for the plants once you receive them. I know that info is on the website, but people forget, and they don't always want to take the time to go back and read what to do. Otherwise, great to work with, great customer service, too! Thank you!”

“I worked with Derek to spec out the correct diffusers to aerate our HOA pond. Derek was very helpful and more than willing to help trouble shoot when I ran into issues with equipment that we already had on-site. Don’t hesitate to call Play It Koi.”

“The error on delivery meant the Lillie’s were in poor condition and may not survive. Certainly they look terrible. The photos are attached. CORRECTION ACTION Play it Koi took immediate action to resolve my complaint.I am completely happy with the response and impressed at personal interaction to resolve my concerns. I will be trading with them in the future.”
