“This is my first year tying Nijikawa food for my koi. They love it and I noticed a big growth spurt this summer. Just got my shipment of All Season for the fall. The service is great. Food arrives quickly and on time as per their emails. Thank you . I will definitely be ordering next year again.”

“My experience went swimmingly! I ordered a replacement UV bulb. It came in 2 days. I broke it. I ordered a second replacement bulb. It came in 2 days. I broke it. (Who knew glass bulbs don’t bounce off concrete surfaces!?) I ordered a third replacement bulb. It is due tomorrow. If I break this one, I will be flying a PlayItKoi representative in from WA to install the bulb. They have yet to laugh at me so that makes them very nice people. . . or maybe they just hang up the phone so fast I can’t hear them cracking up.”

“Wonderful service from beginning to delivery We have extended our Koi pond several times , much to my husbands dismay ! Finding a suitable liner , big & strong enough was a challenge, not only did we find exactly what we wanted from this company it was extremely well priced compared to many others & not as good quality as theirs Will certainly order all our pond needs from Play It Koi”
