“I am really happy with my order. The lotus roots are really healthy and no damage( very well packed). I was very happy to find lotus roots on your website. I have been looking for them for about 6 months and have seen on the other websites and they are really expansive ( cost almost $100 per bare root ). I definitely will order some more. I really highly recommended for your website.”

“You did OK except the master test kit I got was missing ammonia number two bottle and I had two wide range bottles so now I gotta figure out how to get that ammonia number two bottle just a hassle my first order, but I will order again. Update: So I’ve been working with Ben and Derek. These two guys have been wonderful. My order was a little messed up but they got me all hooked up and it was very quick. I will definitely order from playitkoi.com again. I didn’t have a big issue, but they worked very hard to make it right and do it in a timely manner. Thank you for your awesome customer service. I look forward to working with you again.”

“i don't know what i expected when i ordered 5 bare root water lily varieties. from other sellers of water plants i might have gotten half dead plants or rhyzomes that would never grow, sadly, my experiences. when my order arrived, i was surprised to unwrap very well seperated and packed 7 (expected 6) bare root healthy looking plants but with brown and somewhat spotted pads. got them potted and in the pond within the hour. next day (today) the pads are all green, everyone seems happy and a bud has overnight opened into a pink and yellow lily. beautiful! i think they will do well here and i thank you for giving me my money's worth and more! you are definately my go-to pond plants guys!”

“We purchased three types of pond plants for our new Koi pond. We live in a rural area in the Midwest, yet the order arrived ahead of the expected time. They are all healthy and well-packaged. “I love how everything was packed. I have NEVER ordered a live animal before and I was going to be closed at my store the day it was to arrive. I put a heart throbbing note to the Frdex driver and left my phone number. He called me.. made arrangements to meet me and I got my live plant and snails I ordered. I am so excited. I think you bonus shipped me because I ordered one flag iris and there were four little ones.. so thrilled. I ordered the floating container. Had pea gravel and away it floated. I wished the snails a wonderful life and tucked them in.. remember ordering five and there was a tiny bonus one included. Your company has my rave reviews!!!”
