“Great communication, fast delivery, ordered water snow flakes and they are doing great! They are way more lively than our current president, just watching them dancing in the ripples of the water makes me wish our current president have the same energy these plants have. “Everything went well with the transaction & delivery updates With just one exception. The snails were delivered someday this past week end & I was not home & I never received an email that they had been delivered or otherwise I would have had my neighbor put them in my pond for me. I did not get home till Sunday, when I seen the package on my porch I put the snails in my pond ASAP! Hopefully they will be fine & survive. I never did find out what day they were delivered to me. Thanks”

“I broke the quartz sleeve for my UV sterelizer while replacing the bulb. I thought for sure it would be a week before I could get a replacement and my pond would turn into pea soup. I called and explained my situation to Ben. He checked and didn't have it in stock locally but it was in a warehouse in another state, but he would get it to me ASAP. It arrived the next day! Wow! Thank you Ben. PS- He couldn't have been nicer to talk with. Jay Wood”

“The UV lights arrived safely. Poor instructions for use--both in packaging and on website. The lights FLOAT. How to get them to stay down on bottom of pond? The tiny-print paper inside says to put the light inside a filter??!! Never have seen a filter to fit that long bulb. For now, I slid them inside the holes in a cinder block. Not a great solution. Hope the lights do not kill my fish. Follow-up, 2 weeks in: These lights are fantastic! After my old UV lights died, my two fish ponds looked like pea soup. After only a couple days, the water began to clear. Now, 2 weeks in, it is crystal clear. I only have to change my filters every 4-5 days. These lights are not only much less expensive, they are far more effective than 2 other UV lights I've purchased. Even though they float, I would recommend them. I do hope play-it-koi will find a way to sell weights that might be installed at one end so the light stays under water.”
