“Hello! I owe Derek a great big thank you! I can grow a mean tomato, but have zero experience with pond plants. After placing my order I called Derek in a panic about the plants I chose-which float, which need floating planters etc. Derek was super patient and helped me figure out what I need to keep my new pond plants alive. “I ordered 10, and received 12 of various sizes. The paper toweling was still wet and all had their trapdoors shut. I just put them in my bathtub pond. Can’t wait to see them do their thing.”

“Received my UV bulb yesterday; however, it is not working …no blue indicator light. I reinstalled it two more times thinking I didn’t insert bulb properly but it still won’t come on. Dont know if the transformer has gone out. The blue indicator light was working with the old bulb I took out. Guess I’ll try again today. Disappointed because that bulb wasn’t cheap.”
