“Everything arrived in great shape and all plants are growing well after planting. The only issue I noticed was that the duckweed was completely infested with snails. I always expect a few but it was almost more snails than plant. Otherwise perfect!”

“I’ve had a problem with the hoses in my pond so I called PIK directly. After some questions from their staff we were able to figure out the 1.5” hose I bought elsewhere, WASNT 1.5”. I got the new hoses and they fit perfectly. Thanks for the help!”

“Placed several orders including a liner and spillway defuser for adding a stream to our existing pond. I have been hesitant in the past to order fish through the mail, especially Koi. But after reading several reviews, we decided to order a few different pond packs. Was very impressed with the speed of processing and shipping. The packaging was even more impressive, with all Koi in great shape. Definitely gonna be getting more.”
