“I ordered equipement anad replacement parts for my pond filter system. Everything arrived promptly, and as advertised. BTW< the price was the best, as well. Ultimately, my UV bulb burned out prematurealy. I contacted Kristen, in Cust Service and she immediately submitted for warranty. I could not ahve asked for better service, and wil definitely be ordering any future needs from them”

“I have used Play it Koi for years for my koi pond supplies, and have never had an issue with any of it. But my recent order had a few. Stressed out on the fact that my relatively pricey order ($350) was damaged and anticipating push back from PIK, I reluctantly called them. Only to be greeted by the most pleasant, friendly and personable individual I’ve dealt with in a long time. Kristen M. was amazing! She was quick to put my worries at ease and right away made me trust that PIK would fix the issues. She was quick to respond to correspondence and got me the replacement parts I needed quicker than a rat eyed snake can whip a yarn. Jeremy K”

“Every year I change out the filters on my PondMax 2400 unit that's used on a 170 gallon outdoor aquarium. I always order through Play It Koi, as the product comes immediately, packaged perfectly and looks like it's "off the shelf" condition. I have contacted Play It Koi in the past, and they have been super-helpful and knowledgeable.”

“Bottle wasn’t sealed? Leaked all over in the box, only half left in bottle. Very disappointing. However Kristen in customer service was fantastic and spoke with the manufacturer to get the product replaced quickly. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Play it Koi and I will shop with them again!”

“I was drawn to your site due to a pump in my pond stopping. I noticed it had oil seeping from the impeller. My pond has catfish, brem, and a plant eating fish. The population is steady except for a visit by the local king Fisher. I researched your oil free pumps and was convinced your pumps were cleaner and with the warrenty, cheaper than the oil leaking pump I needed to replace. The pump arrived early and in good condition. I will be installing it today. Ergo I am lacking feed back on the performance of the pump.”

“Can't show enough love for Play It Koi here. I found them by chance in my search for a re supply for a bag of food for my school (Nijikawa growth). But the service that made me loyal was when my skimmer pump needed replacing after my pond had an unexpected drain. The bakki filter backed up, drained the pond down to half, and the skimmer pump ran for God knows how long sucking air. Rather than taking advantage of me and selling me an expensive Aquascape pump, Kristen took time to troubleshoot what I assumed to be a fried pump, even sending a schematic of the pump, and detailed instructions. Assuring me that PIK would exhaust every option before taking the max out of my pocket. Well, 2025 has started swimmingly, as I was able to fix my pump at no cost with her help. Eventually I will obviously be buying new pumps, and pond equipment, and obviously food from Play It Koi, but with the knowledge that they'll have my back over sheer profit (not saying profit is bad, I'm not libtarded lol). Thanks again Kristen, and the rest of the team......FINS UP! (See what I did there, Kristen? 😂🐬”
