“I’ve been shopping at “Play it Koi” for several years now. I’ve only had to go through customer service once, because I ordered the wrong size. The service was excellent. I received the correct size immediately. Their shipments have always arrived quickly. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to purchase their products.”

“Excellent plants and fast shipping. The largest forget-me-nots I’ve ever received from an aquatic nursery. And I also receive two extra bowl lotus rhizomes! You can’t get any better than that. I’ll definitely purchase from them again.”

“I would have to say when I recieved my order I was skeptical that it would work for my situation. But after some thought I got the uv light to work in my skimmer. Seeing an improvement in water clarity with only 24 hours of use.”

“Excellent shipping to me on time. Arrived via FedEx, top notch. Very good quality plants. Suggest that in the future you include instructions with the plants, lowest water and air temperature the plants will tolerate. Thank you for asking.”
