“Can't show enough love for Play It Koi here. I found them by chance in my search for a re supply for a bag of food for my school (Nijikawa growth). But the service that made me loyal was when my skimmer pump needed replacing after my pond had an unexpected drain. The bakki filter backed up, drained the pond down to half, and the skimmer pump ran for God knows how long sucking air. Rather than taking advantage of me and selling me an expensive Aquascape pump, Kristen took time to troubleshoot what I assumed to be a fried pump, even sending a schematic of the pump, and detailed instructions. Assuring me that PIK would exhaust every option before taking the max out of my pocket. Well, 2025 has started swimmingly, as I was able to fix my pump at no cost with her help. Eventually I will obviously be buying new pumps, and pond equipment, and obviously food from Play It Koi, but with the knowledge that they'll have my back over sheer profit (not saying profit is bad, I'm not libtarded lol). Thanks again Kristen, and the rest of the team......FINS UP! (See what I did there, Kristen? 😂🐬”

“I ordered 4 snails for my pond , I was not sure what condition they would arrive , but I decided to take a chance. Not only did they arrive perfectly fine, but received an additional two . All six acclimated right away and proceeded to do there job . The pond looks amazing thanks to the snails who doubled in size in no time. I was so impressed, I placed a second order.”
