“I love how everything was packed. I have NEVER ordered a live animal before and I was going to be closed at my store the day it was to arrive. I put a heart throbbing note to the Frdex driver and left my phone number. He called me.. made arrangements to meet me and I got my live plant and snails I ordered. I am so excited. I think you bonus shipped me because I ordered one flag iris and there were four little ones.. so thrilled. I ordered the floating container. Had pea gravel and away it floated. I wished the snails a wonderful life and tucked them in.. remember ordering five and there was a tiny bonus one included. Your company has my rave reviews!!!”
