“Derek was very helpful over the phone and talked with me about my recurring green pond problem and suggested some solutions. Ultimately I went with his first proposal - an all in one Euro PondMax and it did the trick. Pond cleared up nicely in 24 - 48 hours! Thank you.”

“Delivery was on time or even earlier. Good pricing and the rewards are great. Still have to setup everything but the plants that came are alive and the other products all came undamaged. I'll take pics when done with setup. Thanks for supplying me. 🐟”

“When order is placed, tracking number should be given right then so customer will know when it is shipping. Roughly two weeks went by before tracking number issued. Order date was 04/21 and was shipped on 05/02 but no tracking number issued until day of delivery of 05/04. This way customers are not guessing when item is being shipped. This way customers don't have to call or email wondering when shipping is occurring.”
