absolutely shocked at the price Here we charge £120+vat for the first hour and £60.00 + vat per 30mins after + parts if required We can get an engineer out normally within 2-3 hours of your phone call or you can pre-book an appointment for Monday - Saturday If you would like to book please call 01883 868 270

Do not use. Had an engineer around to look at boiler, then cancelled the next day appointment only to still be charged over £300 for the cancelled service. Called customer services and they the rudest and most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. Stay away and do not use.

Don't use - this company is a total rip off. Charge 25 quid for a quote.....then tried to charge 1600 to have a fireplace fitted.....

Booked and told that an engineer would be there between 10 and 12. Then got a call to say it would be in the afternoon, then got a call to say it would now be the next day. I rang to cancel this appointment and was told they do not quarantee a same day appointment but they do not tell you that when you call. You have to pay for this service upfront on a debit or credit card which then goes into a holding account, it then takes five days for this money to go back into your account...so if you don't have much money in the first place how are you supposed to pay another plumber. Prices are also over inflated, the local guy I used in the end was 50% cheaper and he turned up on time. Initially went with these guys because it was urgent and they said someone would be out and the gave me a time slot

Absolutely appalling company and even worse customer service!!! Yet again they have made an appointment with me and then failed to show up. This is the 5th time they have done this in the last two weeks. I'd had enough so I told them to just refund me instead, and guess what? They don't do refunds!!! They insist you have to write them a letter asking for a refund for an incorrect part that they have already charged me for. That's right... Theu charge your credit card before they have even shown up at your property!!! All the signs are there that this company should be avoided. They don't have managers (apparently), they don't allow customers to complain and have no complaints procedure, they don't issue refunds, they don't allow you to return faulty parts they supplied, they don't turn up to appointments they have given you even after you have gone through the hassle of rearranging your whole day to accommodate them. The list is endless!!! Save yourself the hassle from this useless company. They will mess you about and then you have the misfortune of having to deal with the incompetent chav on the end of the phone when you call customer services. Absolutely useless!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. They promised me they would be here between 1100 and 1500. At 1423 they called to say they they wouldn't be here until 1800. I'd already cancelled another company who could have came at 1500. When I told them that this was unacceptable they cancelled the job and put the phone down. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company.

I called and they offered me a same day emergency response before 11, they called at 12.30 to say the plumber would be late and with me between 2 & 6, after multiple calls to the moronic staff in the call centre, no manager is available apparently they dont have supervisors or managers, They state they do not offer an emergency one day service. maybe you should update your website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - They take you card details and promise an engineer , but never send anyone and don't tell you this until 5 minutes before they close.

I called at 9.30am and was told an engineer would be with me between 11am - 2pm calling half an hour before they were due to arrive. By 1.40pm I called them as I was worried I hadn't heard from them. They said someone would ring me back which they did saying that they couldn't come until later in the day 4-6 when I had already said that I had to leave for work. Not only furious that they didn't show up, but they didn't have the decency to call and inform me so I could arrange for another company to do the work. Had water pouring out for hours.

Had a engineer booked for last Friday and after being cancelled 3 times and finally someone showed up Monday. 1-3 hrs? Satisfaction guaranteed? BULLSHIT! They charged me £115 for a fan that I can buy for £45. RIP OFF! They were rude and said they are not open Sunday even though the website says they are. Company is run by morons that just want your money. If I could leave zero stars I would. Thanks for the 4 days of waiting assholes.

Gas boiler broken...coldest day of year..promised 1 - 3 hour time slot that day. They called to cancel 2 hours into slot and offered 9 - 12 slot the next day. I Phoned at 10.50 to get some idea of time to expect gist...they phoned back at 11.30 saying the engineer had been held up on first job. Would 1 - 4 slot be OK....!!! This is not what I call service. As they had cancelled the 1st slot I should have at least been the first call the next day. Thoroughly frustrating and bad experience would not recommend them to anybody

Took a total of over week to get our combi serviced After number of phone calls And still not working but could take money from account very quickly Some 450.00 All I can say is they are total shit

These guys are so unreliable and blatantly lie to customers!! They have me an appointment for between 8-9am as the engineers first job so I made arrangements for someone to have the morning off work and be there to let the engineer in. He didn't turn up!!! They then tell me that they never gave me an appointment for that time and that my appointment was before 12pm. The rude lady answering customer services calls (and strangely claiming to be a manager) refused to listen to the recorded phone call that would confirm I was right. I guess that's because the lady I was speaking to was the same person that made the appointment and didn't want to be confirmed as a liar. They also charge your card in advance before even doing anything. Another sign of a bad company. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from these cowboys!!!

Clearly they don't have enough engineers. Instead of managing expectations and saying they can't send someone today - they just keep bumping in the job. After wasting 2 days waiting in for non existent plumber - I cancelled and went elsewhere. I have used Plumbingforce twice before and they were excellent but would never use again.

Mickey Mouse operation. How can you say 1-3 hrs, same day? If you don't have enough engineers then be honest with your customers! Keep getting cancelled and appointments moved. Website says open Sundays but they say they are not. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Treat customers like shit!

I would recommend anyone considering this firm to use another company. The staff were rude and unhelpful and they failed to turn up on 4 occasions. I used another firm instead. I have since found lots of awful reviews online about this firm and wish I had read them first. Do not use this firm!

1-3 hrs? More like 1-3 days! Been cancelled twice, lost a day and a halfs wages. Still not fixed, sitting in a cold house. Use someone else people!

This company has extremely poor customer service. I arranged a call out with an engineer to to inspect my hot water cylinder. He identified an issue and agreed to provide a quotation for parts and return three days later to fix. On the day, he did not arrive and when I rang the customer helpline they were unable to give a reason why. I was given numerous assurances on receiving a call back and update but each one failed to occur. I was then told by the company that the engineer doesn't book calls so it was never on the system and therefore not their problem. The staff were unhelpful and unwilling to listen to my concerns or apologise for the inconvenience caused.
