“It’s the first time I’ve used power tools direct,I made an order to be delivered in 2 working days,a mistake was made somewhere along the way and it arrived in 4 working days which was a bit frustrating,I contacted the company through email and the reply was prompt,the problem was addressed.I received my item which I’m very happy with, it’s quality.powertools direct also refunded my postage fee for the mishap,a mistake was made but very happy with the way it was dealt with,with this in mind I wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing from them again.”

“Ordered three items on Tuesday afternoon for an urgent plumbing job. Paid for 1\2 day delivery. Items arrived Friday afternoon. How is that 1\2 days ? Happy with products but disappointed with delivery and not answering my email. Will use them again but not if I'm in a hurry !”

“Nice product (Faithfull) and pretty quick delivery. The only fly in the ointment was an email saying it had been delivered the day BEFORE it arrived, as their courier "delivered" it to Royal Mail who delivered it to me the next day. Not professional. Otherwise good service”
