“Ordered three items on Tuesday afternoon for an urgent plumbing job. Paid for 1\2 day delivery. Items arrived Friday afternoon. How is that 1\2 days ? Happy with products but disappointed with delivery and not answering my email. Will use them again but not if I'm in a hurry !”

“Nice product (Faithfull) and pretty quick delivery. The only fly in the ointment was an email saying it had been delivered the day BEFORE it arrived, as their courier "delivered" it to Royal Mail who delivered it to me the next day. Not professional. Otherwise good service”

“Received but not used yet. House number missed off the address so the driver couldn't deliver. So I had to collect from the depot. But they were good at the depot.”
